Peter Taylor isn’t just a coach and trainer—he’s someone who truly cares about the people he works with. Known for his warm smile and the way he never meets a stranger, Peter brings a genuine heart to every session. Growing up, Peter's first love was always baseball, but his athletic journey didn’t stop there. He competed as a Division 1 basketball player and lacrosse athlete, channels that passion into every part of his coaching.

Beyond his personal achievements, Peter has a strong commitment to giving back. Coaching in the CYO league, he’s helped ignite that same love for sports in countless young athletes. His experience is wide-ranging, having worked with everyone from kids just starting out to college players, as well as everyday people aiming for weight loss, NPC competitors preparing for their big day, and moms navigating pre- and post-natal fitness.

What truly sets Peter apart is his holistic approach. He doesn’t just focus on workouts—he cares about your hip and knee recovery, your energy for daily life, and overall well-being.
